Hearing Aids

Behind-the-Ear (BTE) Hearing Aids

BTE hearing aids sit comfortably behind the ear. A thin tube or earmold carries the sound into the ear canal.
The electronics are housed in the case behind the ear, keeping the device powerful and easy to maintain.

Best For:

  • Mild to profound hearing loss

  • People of all ages, including children

Receiver-in-Canal (RIC) or Receiver-in-the-Ear (RITE) Hearing Aids

A variation of BTE, but the speaker (receiver) is placed inside the ear canal. Only the microphone and amplifier sit behind the ear.

Best For:

  • Mild to severe hearing loss

  • People wanting a discreet yet powerful option

In-the-Ear (ITE) Hearing Aids

Custom-made to fit the shape of your outer ear (the bowl of the ear). Everything — microphone, amplifier, receiver — is housed in one shell.

Best For:

  • Mild to severe hearing loss

  • Adults looking for easier handling without behind-the-ear parts

In-the-Canal (ITC) Hearing Aids

Sits partly in the ear canal. Custom-molded for a snug, discreet fit.

Best For:

  • Mild to moderate hearing loss

  • Users wanting something less visible than ITE
